On the phone, users have the capability to:

  • Create a detailed multi-day training cycle with several training units per day.
  • Choose from a growing database of official WODs from the CrossFit community or create custom WODs.
  • Access official instruction videos for each exercise and track progress in a detailed log section.
  • View heart rate, distance, burned calories, and Activity Rings contribution through full HealthKit integration.

With the watch and phone combined, users can:

  • Perform various exercises such as WODs, strength couplets with timed rest periods, classic strength training (singlets), and interval runs.

A 7-day free trial is available for testing purposes. Subscription activation options include monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or yearly periods.

Upon subscribing, users gain:

  • Access to the complete workout database.
  • The ability to create an unlimited number of custom WODs.
  • Options to choose ladder and pyramid interval runs.

Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account upon subscription confirmation. Subscription renewal is automatic unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users can manage subscriptions and renewal settings in their Account Settings post purchase. The unused portion of free trial periods will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
